Hailing from an accomplished accounting background, Michael brings to the Chematek team 20 years of experience in business and financial management, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, importing, and purchasing. Through his exceptional process analysis skills, Michael prides himself on providing customers with solutions that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.

Chris is a highly accomplished senior business executive with over 30 years’ experience developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives in the highly competitive Automotive Wholesale, Retail, and industrial markets, including Agri, Marine, and OEM Manufacturers across the Pacific regions. Chris is passionate about building, inspiring and leading teams of talented individuals to achieve outcomes across major projects. His role at Chematek allows him to combine his passion with ours: partnerships in the pursuit of progress.

Sajedeh is Sales Support Coordinator at Chematek, playing a key client-facing role in ensuring smooth, reliable day-to-day engagement with our customers. She supports all aspects of the customer relationship, including product supply coordination, inventory management and cross-functional communication. Highly task-orientated and approachable, Sajedeh is known for her organised, responsive working style and her ability to keep complex processes moving efficiently. Her focus on clarity, follow-through and service excellence helps ensure customers experience consistent, dependable support throughout their relationship with Chematek.

Daphne is a qualified bookkeeper with an eye for details, accuracy and reliability – so when it comes to crunching the numbers, she takes pride in getting the job done right the first time, every time. Daphne’s superpower is that she is a true all-rounder epitomising flexibility, capability and adaptability providing wide-ranging support across the business.

With over 40 years of experience in the field of lubricants, Giovanni heads the technical support for lubricants at Chematek SpA, supporting; sales units both nationally and internationally, the developing of new formulas, obtaining approvals, and references from industrial OEMs.

A qualified and natural born leader, Federica’s drive to exceed customer expectations and deliver quality results is proven through her track record of international logistics and operation expertise, in addition to her outstanding ability for optimisation, planning, and strategy.

A Certified Practicing Accountant and Green Belt Six Sigma certified, Ross has more than 20 years of experience in the construction, power generation and oil and gas sectors. He has led multiple transformation projects and brings significant commercial, operational and financial experience to his role. Prior to joining Chematek, Ross was CFO for General Electric Oil & Gas ANZ.

A seasoned marketing professional with a background in fast-moving consumer goods, Paul is instrumental in establishing the eni brand in Australia under the Chematek umbrella. Well-known as a creative thinker with an eye for detail, Paul has worked across a variety of businesses and commercial roles, and led numerous local, national and international marketing campaigns over the years.

With broad industry experience gained as an organisational psychologist and leadership skills honed working as the Chief Operating Officer of a public company with turnover of circa $1 billion, Doug has assisted Chematek since the commencement of operations in Australia. His particular focus has been on aligning structure, systems and staffing with strategy to deliver growth and sustainable performance.
